A Holiday Experience

A large group of us had gone to Good Samaritan Society to play some holiday tunes for the residents. They totally enjoyed it, dancing and clapping to some of their favorites including Jingle Bell Rock, Let it Snow, and Greensleeves. Everyone was having a great time. The musicians were sharing their music beautifully, the residents were reminded of all of their wonderful holiday memories with the familiar songs, and the caretakers were able to enjoy the music along with the residents. Then, one or two of us started performing the song White Christmas, and a few more members joined in until the entire group was performing altogether. It was the epitome of family, holiday spirit, and teamwork that created a memorable moment for us all and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
